Tapin provides a household-focused NFC and app workflow to quickly capture missing items in shared lists. Features may evolve over time.
3. Eligibility and accounts
- You must provide accurate account information.
- You are responsible for activity performed with your account.
- You must keep your login credentials secure.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not misuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, or attempt unauthorized access.
- Do not upload unlawful or harmful content.
- Do not interfere with other users or households.
5. Household and shared data responsibility
Household members can view and modify shared list content based on permissions. You are responsible for ensuring invited members are trusted.
6. Intellectual property
Tapin branding, logos, software, and related materials are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy or redistribute them without permission.
7. Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance, outages, or third-party dependency issues may occur.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tapin is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from service use.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create security risks. You may stop using the service at any time.
