How Tapin works

Tapin helps you capture missing household items in seconds: tap your phone on a Tapin NFC point, type or tap a suggestion, and continue your day.

Quick start

1. Sign in to Tapin.
2. Activate your Tapin pack.
3. Assign each point tag to a zone (for example Kitchen, Bathroom, Shared Room).
4. Tap a point and add missing items instantly.

How to add items fast

• Open from NFC and type directly in the quick add input.
• Tap recent or frequent suggestions to add in one touch.
• Repeat multiple additions without leaving the screen.

Common issues

NFC tap does not open the app

• Make sure NFC is enabled on your phone.
• Hold the phone close to the NFC point for 1-2 seconds.
• If needed, open the app manually and scan the point code.

Cannot add items or sync

• Check internet connection.
• Sign out and sign in again.
• Verify you are in the correct household.
