How to request deletion

1. Email privacy@tapinspot.com from your registered address.
2. Use subject line: Delete my Tapin account.
3. Include your Tapin account email and, if possible, your household name.

What we delete

• Your account profile and authentication links.
• Your direct membership records in Tapin households.
• Personal data tied exclusively to your account where technically applicable.

What may remain

Shared household list history may remain for other members when required to preserve household continuity, with your identity minimized where possible.

Deletion timeline

Requests are processed as quickly as possible, generally within 30 days, unless legal obligations require longer retention for specific records.

Alternative from the app

You can also sign out immediately from the app settings while deletion is being processed.
